Wonderful!!!! Museum, I recommend this museum when you visit Berlin.
It was a very nice experience I have always had a preference for medical science, and seeing everything live that I have only ever learned on the books was a great experience for me. Thanks again

I got to see Nefertiti for the first time!
So much to see. The Altes has more informative captions on objects than the Neus Museum
Excellent exhibits, clean and orderly museum with friendly staff.
The bust of Nefertiti is super beautiful!

The visit was fantastic and the tickets bought in advance made it super quick to get in.

I had expected more - there were a few really interesting exhibits, otherwise there were too many copies to see. Even if the Soviets were supposedly at fault because the art was confiscated after 1945. It's not worth visiting again...

The person who answered our questions was kind and took the time to talk to each person, answering all our questions. I appreciate that! I liked that he was nice to us, but also that he was nice to other people.

It was convenient to be able to use public transport and have a free access to some museums, however I would expect better discounts or benefits with a card which should promote the city
We could simply hop on any means of transport and travel. It was very convenient and uncomplicated.

Why have to print on A4? This is not economic.
DIE MAUER / THE WALL, Checkpoint charlie
It was easy with public transport

The pass was for 72 hours of public transportation and admission to museums. We had the pass from Saturday to Tuesday. Nowhere was it mentioned that all museums were closed on Mondays. So we were not able to take full advantage of the pass.

Thanks to the WelcomeCard Berlin we traveled without any problem on the entire public network (trains, buses, metro) without any time or class restrictions. We also had free access to the Museum Island museums in central Berlin. A simply wonderful thing 😍

Museum Island offers a crash course in world civilizations - from ancient Egyptian artifacts to Greek and Roman sculptures. You'll see the bust of Nefertiti and other iconic sculptures, 19th-century paintings, historic coin collections, and much more.
Yes, but ticket lines can be long, especially during peak season (May to September). Booking online 1-2 weeks ahead secures your spot.
While it's possible, it's not recommended. The museums have extensive collections that take time to explore. To avoid getting overwhelmed, plan to visit two museums per day for a more in-depth experience.
No, once inside, you can explore at your own pace during the museum’s opening hours. Just be sure to arrive early enough to have ample time before the museum closes.
Yes! Check out the small yet impressive Byzantine art collection at the Bode Museum. The Alte Nationalgalerie has a stunning rooftop view that many visitors overlook.
No, the DDR Museum is not part of Museum Island but is located nearby. You can easily combine it with your Museum Island visit if you plan accordingly.
Mornings right after opening and late afternoons tend to be quieter. Visiting midweek rather than weekends is also a good strategy to avoid crowds.
Absolutely! Museum Island offers stunning architecture, peaceful riverside views, and diverse art collections beyond historical artifacts. Plus, the cultural atmosphere makes it an interesting experience for all.
No pets are allowed inside, except for service animals like guide dogs. Be sure to bring proper documentation if you're traveling with a service animal.
