By Metro: Take U5 from Hönow in Brandenburg Gate. It takes around 6 minutes from there to reach Alexanderplatz, which is a 5-minute walk to the Ice Bar.
By Bus: Hop on bus line 100 from Brandenburg Gate to Alexanderplatz. It takes around 8 minutes to reach the station, from which the Ice Bar is approximately 5 minutes away.
By Train: There are several S-Bahn train lines that you can get on from Berlin Friedrichstraße station. Get on either S5, S7, or S9 to reach Alexanderplatz, a 5-minute walk to the attraction.

The bar provides an extra coat, poncho, and gloves for adults and children.
There is a variety of flavors of different drinks that you can choose from.
You can buy extra drinks at the lounge bar.
Children up to the age of 5 can enter the Ice Bar for free.
If you are late for your time slot, the Ice Bar is happy enough to accommodate you in the next slot if there is availability.

Ice Bar is entirely wheelchair accessible.
The washrooms are also made for easy accessibility for individuals with mobility issues.
The bar is certified barrier-free and has received a ‘Travel for All’ certificate.

Burgermeister (900 m): After your chilly, fun experience at the Ice Bar, head to this small burger joint known for its classic burgers and fries. The unique thing about it is that a public restroom is converted and turned into this charming place.
Tim Raue Restaurant (2.4 km): A Michelin-star restaurant, this place serves top-notch Asian cuisine and offers an overall fancy fine-dining experience.
Vöner (5.4 km): This vegan restaurant serves some of the most delicious plant-based food, including burgers and vegan kebabs.

You will be called inside the warm bar by the captain; inside there, you can stay up to 20-30 minutes.
You cannot bring food inside the Ice Bar.
Do not bring heavy luggage because there is no locker available. Hence it wouldn't be the bar's responsibility to look after your personal belongings.
You cannot bring any pets or assistance dogs inside.
