What to bring

  • Carry a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking; it may be checked upon entry.
  • Dress comfortably and wear suitable footwear for walking. Avoid hats or caps, as they may interfere with the VR headset.
  • Eyeglasses and hearing aids can be worn with the VR headset.

What’s not allowed

  • Personal backpacks and handbags are not permitted during the experience and must be stored in the provided lockers.
  • Strollers and baby carriers are not allowed inside the experience area.
  • Children under 10 years old are not permitted; those under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Flash photography, tripods, and professional filming equipment are strictly prohibited.
  • Alcohol, weapons, sharp objects, or any items that could cause harm are not allowed on the premises.
  • Only personal photos and videos are permitted. Press photography requires prior authorization.
  • Pets are not allowed. Only service dogs are permitted, and participation is limited to the seated experience.

Accessibility

  • The venue is wheelchair accessible, with elevators serving all public areas.
  • The experience accommodates guests with reduced mobility, and the equipment is adapted accordingly.
  • Guests needing assistance may request one complimentary pass for a personal assistant or support worker at the entrance.
