We had a great time... it was a feeling of having a unique experience, difficult to repeat... sitting in this restaurant hundreds of meters high, seeing below you a wonderful city in all its angles enjoying dishes unrepeatable elsewhere trying to catch nuances and flavors... very nice... the tower is also a brilliant monument that shows you at every gradation of the circumference what you can see from that point, a museum of the whole city

We visited the restaurant at the Berlin TV Tower and had a wonderful experience. It’s a highly recommended activity for all ages – we went as a family, and everyone really enjoyed it. We were seated exactly at the time of our reservation, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience with delicious food and an incredible view. Definitely worth a visit!
This was a standout experience on our recent trip to berlin. The tower breakfast was brilliant value - i fully recommend and the service in the restaurant was great If you're in Berlin - do this!!
Landscape was stunning and dinner was excellent: very good food and very nice stuff: very highly recommendable! Attention please: no cash allowed at the bar not at the vending machine.
Despite booking online, you should allow time for check-in. There are queues everywhere: Admission, the X-ray line, the elevator and at the entrance to the restaurant. Once you've fought your way through, it's worth savoring the attraction of the Berlin panorama in the sphere - a great event with an open sky. The staff in the high-altitude restaurant are particularly attentive and cater to children's wishes.

Our grandchildren don't eat pork, but they are not vegans either. The Eurst for breakfast could not be exchanged for poultry or beef sausage. As they don't eat cheese or salmon either, we stuck with jam sandwiches - but it was a very expensive breakfast. We also found it quite cool (air conditioning).

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying the Combo: Berlin TV Tower Skip-the-Line Tickets + Guided City Cruise, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The visit to the Berlin TV Tower began with a seamless entry—no waiting in line, which was a huge plus. Once at the top, the views were absolutely breathtaking. Despite a light fog in the distance, the burning lights of the city created a magical atmosphere that truly highlighted Berlin’s unique character. The panorama offered a stunning 360° perspective, from the historic heart of the city to its modern skyline. A major highlight was the elegant revolving restaurant located 207 meters above ground. The ambiance, the food, and the slowly changing view as the restaurant turned—everything about it was exceptional. Dining there was an experience in itself, combining fine cuisine with one of the best views Berlin has to offer. The guided city cruise was equally impressive. Floating along the Spree River, we were treated to a fascinating journey through time. The bilingual guide (English and German) was both informative and entertaining, sharing interesting facts and humorous anecdotes that brought Berlin’s history and architecture to life. Passing by both grand historic landmarks and striking modern buildings, the cruise offered a unique perspective on the city. Seeing Berlin from the water allowed us to truly feel the contrast and harmony between the old and the new—a perfect reflection of the city’s rich and complex identity. This combo experience offers the best of Berlin from above and along the river. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a deeper, more memorable view of the German capital!
Super easy to book! The staff very friendly! After the short thunderstorm the view was super nice! The discounts you get for the second and subsequent visits should have a longer validity, unfortunately we are not in Berlin that often! Our family from Canada and we really enjoyed the view!

It was a great landmark to visit and a great experience for my first visit to Berlin. Getting tickets and information was very easy and everyone at the tower was polite and welcoming. The easy way to book and pay by phone made every step of my visit a trouble free and enjoyable holiday. Thank you.

Quick access to the top. It was very warm and crowded at the top, but to be expected on such a good day with awesome visibility!
Everything went smoothly. The boat trip + "Skip the Line" at the TV tower went smoothly and on time. Thank you very much!

It was just great. Everything was explained really well, even for the kids. Everyone was very kind and courteous. We will gladly come again

Overall, it was a great experience. Unfortunately, there is no indication, e.g. on the boat or in the menu, that it is self-service.

The guide was super(I think his name was Andreas?) We loved the point that there was no audio guide and we had a real person talk about the city and tell jokes. Definately will recommend to friends!
I think the entrance fee should be much cheaper. The visit took only 20-30 minutes. At the same time, visiting the technology museum for 12 euros gave me much more emotions.
Visiting the Berlin TV Tower (Fernsehturm) was one of the absolute highlights of my trip to Berlin! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The staff were friendly, the lines moved quickly, and the elevator ride to the top was thrilling! Once I reached the observation deck, I was blown away. The 360° panoramic views of Berlin were nothing short of breathtaking. From the Brandenburg Gate to the Spree River, every iconic landmark was visible in crystal-clear detail. I especially loved the interactive guides that explained what I was seeing — super helpful for first-time visitors. I also stopped at the rotating Sphere restaurant for a coffee and dessert, and it was such a unique experience watching the city slowly turn beneath me. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was excellent. If you're visiting Berlin, the TV Tower is a must-see — not just for the view, but for the entire experience. I'd go again in a heartbeat! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #BerlinTVTower #Fernsehturm #BestViewInBerlin #UnforgettableExperience
Seeing a part of Berlin from the water gives you a totally different perspective than if you see it walking the streets. In addition, Andreas, the guide, explained the whole tour perfectly and in a very pleasant way. I recommend this boat tour without hesitation.

The keys to the buildings were great. One thing - There were several buildings which seemed important, but which were not labeled. I do not know if it is doable, but an interactive function where one could click on the building and a label would come up would be wonderful. My six-year-old grandson was most impressed with the elevator ceiling through which he could watch the elevator ascend and descend and the fact that his school (Berlin Cosmopolitin School) waa labeled.
The purchase via headout was completely unproblematic, so we were able to visit the TV tower and enjoy the view in no time at all. The most impressive thing was discovering the moving S-Bahn in miniature. The movement resembled that of a worm. The explanations and markings for the selected buildings are very helpful and informative.

Lovely river boat tour. Boat was clean and well maintained. The tour was informative. We were only on a day trip to the city, and it was a great way to see some of the sights along the Spree in the time frame we had.
What I liked best was that we didn't have to wait. Many years ago the waiting time was long, despite the tickets. I found it negative that you could only pay cashless on the viewing platform.

We saw many sights on this 1-hour boat trip. However, the tone of the announcements could have been louder. Sometimes we didn't understand much.

The combination package is ideal for a beautiful and varied day in Berlin. You can experience much more. Depending on how long your stay is. By booking online, many questions can be answered and waiting times can be reduced. The tower and the boat trip are highly recommended. The staff were all very nice. I can only recommend :)

First part was good. We got off a stop. The second part in 9 stops the driver took two 10 minute breaks to smoke then waited outside a cafe for greater then 5 minutes for someone to get him a coffee
The view was great. However, the elevator didn't work, which cost us 45 minutes. As a result, we missed our next event. That was very annoying as it was paid for.

The round trip on the Spree and the ability to use all public transportation without any major headaches.

The promised discounts usually do not apply to family tickets and the booking of online tickets with discounts is very opaque. Fine as a ticket, but unfortunately not for us. We would have expected more.

Easy and practical, especially for unlimited transport. And with discounts on certain museums, it's well worth it.
View original review in French
Didn't realise we wouldn't get a discount for the main museums like Neues. Didn't need to travel that much so in the end only a little bit of value for our money. Audioguide 1st description was as expected, but after that it would auto play the next without showing where the subject of that explanation was. Like the aquarium close to townhall or the rabbits close to Gedächtnichtskirche.
Despite many roadworks and repair work as well as detour, it is easy to understand, easy to drive and, above all, punctual. Other cities can learn a thing or two from this.

I purchased a 3 day Berlin Welcome Card. I first used it to travel from Berlin Airport to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. A Train Conductor went through the train checking tickets. I had mine on my mobile - absolutely no hassle. NB:You don't need to validate the Berlin Welcome Card ticket. I then used the card over the next 2 days throughout Berlin and as far as Potsdam on various forms of public transport. I received substantial discounts at the Barberini Museum in Potsdam and the Berlin TV Tower Observation Deck along with other museums. The convenience was fantastic because you don't have to keep buying separate tickets for each trip. It paid for itself in no time. I'd thoroughly recommend buying it online before you arrive in Berlin. Just put the dates you intend to travel. it was easy to buy and the ticket was emailed to me immediately.
It's good that you have the tickets on your cell phone. The downside is that you also have to carry everything with you on an A4 sheet of paper.

It was very relaxing to be able to travel by public transport without having to keep looking for and buying new tickets.
View original review in German
The discount on various museums is ideal, also the "free" public transport travel makes it easy to see much of Berlin. However, the ordering did not go to plan; it was reported that after ordering your card , you would receive another email with your voucher in pdf file. However, we never received this one.
View original review in Dutch
The all inclusive public transport is great. But you can get that on it's own. The Berlin welcome card part was useless. Website is horrible, it's impossible to easily figure out what's included, the paged interface makes it impossible to search, and the way it's indicated is very confusing. In the end we didn't get any price reduction in the places we visited
I didn't validate the ticket and couldn't find any kiosks. I could have taken public transport for free, as there are no barriers like in other European cities.
View original review in French
Good: Valid on public transport, discount on Spree Botsfahrt. Disappointing: No discount at the museums we visited.
View original review in German
Dear Headout, The app worked fine and I was able to download and view admission tickets to some museums through the app. I could not open the pdf file for public transport. Fortunately, this was not a problem for the mostly streetcar and bus drivers.
View original review in Dutch
It's made my trip very easy because it was easy to get around the city. I went to a few a museum and attractions and it was great to use the discounts that they called they give.
It was stressful when the mail with the tickets did not come. After finally chatting, it was settled in no time. In Berlin, the card worked very well. Unlimited public transportation is very practical. You can get around Berlin very easily and get where you want to be. We also got discounts everywhere we wanted to go in. Card was known everywhere.

Public transportation you really do need in a city like Berlin, we (had to) use it a lot, not thinking much about whether or not to take a welcome card ... you really get it out of it ... and then there are discounts in the museums ... no brainer
