Museum Island
Museum Island features five world-class museums, most of which follow a general schedule of 10am to 5pm or 6pm, with some closed on Mondays. However, there are variations because of which you should check the specific opening hours of the museum you intend to visit. Find the detailed timings listed below.

Altes Museum
- The Altes Museum is open Wednesday to Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturday & Sunday from 10am to 6pm.
- The Altes Museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as on December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year's Eve).

- On the first day of the New Year, the museum is open from noon to 6pm.
Bode Museum
The Bode Museum is open from 10am to 5pm between Wednesday and Friday and from 10am to 6pm between Saturday and Sunday. It remains closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

- On public holidays, the museum follows its Sunday schedule. For instance, on International Women's Day (March 8, 2025), the museum will be open from 10am to 6pm.
