Riding the subway was therefore completely uncomplicated. It's a pity that not all companies take part, e g New Museum. Unfortunately they have their own system.

The deliberate use of buses and suburban trains (for sightseeing above ground) was very good for our requirements and needs. Clean buses, problem-free suburban trains, punctuality and no unpleasant incidents made the trips a good experience.

It makes traveling in Berlin very easy, you don't have to look anywhere you can go without looking for pay machines to buy tickets, really ideal!

Ordered tickets online for 4 people and easy to save on smartphone with the qr code, printed on paper just to be sure. In Berlin itself did a lot with public transport and got discounts in various stores and museums. definitely worth its money for 5 days of Berlin!

It made our Berlin trip easier than expected. It is very well worth the money.
Everything went smooth with the transportation.

The ease of getting from one public transportation system to another. Good connections and good connections everywhere

At public transport nobody and nowhere cheek the ticket, and I used the BWC to get some discounts for entrance ticket.
Overall, I really liked the Citycard. I found it particularly practical that the use of public transport is already included without any complications - this makes getting around the city really stress-free. The discounts at various attractions are also a plus point, as you save quite a bit. One suggestion for improvement would be to make the map even more digital: Instead of just getting a PDF with the info, an interactive online overview or app would be great, where you can see directly which services are included. I would also find a function where you can tick off what you have already visited or used particularly helpful - that way you would always have a good overview of your stay.

Room service simply great. Very nice staff. AUGIBLE breakfast. Central location, very easy to reach. All in all I can only recommend. Thank you!

The round trip on the Spree and the ability to use all public transportation without any major headaches.

The promised discounts usually do not apply to family tickets and the booking of online tickets with discounts is very opaque. Fine as a ticket, but unfortunately not for us. We would have expected more.

Easy and practical, especially for unlimited transport. And with discounts on certain museums, it's well worth it.

Didn't realise we wouldn't get a discount for the main museums like Neues. Didn't need to travel that much so in the end only a little bit of value for our money. Audioguide 1st description was as expected, but after that it would auto play the next without showing where the subject of that explanation was. Like the aquarium close to townhall or the rabbits close to Gedächtnichtskirche.
Despite many roadworks and repair work as well as detour, it is easy to understand, easy to drive and, above all, punctual. Other cities can learn a thing or two from this.

We didn't have to worry much about public transportation and if we were 2 minutes late the next subway came in 5 minutes. : )

I purchased a 3 day Berlin Welcome Card. I first used it to travel from Berlin Airport to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. A Train Conductor went through the train checking tickets. I had mine on my mobile - absolutely no hassle. NB:You don't need to validate the Berlin Welcome Card ticket. I then used the card over the next 2 days throughout Berlin and as far as Potsdam on various forms of public transport. I received substantial discounts at the Barberini Museum in Potsdam and the Berlin TV Tower Observation Deck along with other museums. The convenience was fantastic because you don't have to keep buying separate tickets for each trip. It paid for itself in no time. I'd thoroughly recommend buying it online before you arrive in Berlin. Just put the dates you intend to travel. it was easy to buy and the ticket was emailed to me immediately.
It's good that you have the tickets on your cell phone. The downside is that you also have to carry everything with you on an A4 sheet of paper.

It was very relaxing to be able to travel by public transport without having to keep looking for and buying new tickets.

The discount on various museums is ideal, also the "free" public transport travel makes it easy to see much of Berlin. However, the ordering did not go to plan; it was reported that after ordering your card , you would receive another email with your voucher in pdf file. However, we never received this one.

The all inclusive public transport is great. But you can get that on it's own. The Berlin welcome card part was useless. Website is horrible, it's impossible to easily figure out what's included, the paged interface makes it impossible to search, and the way it's indicated is very confusing. In the end we didn't get any price reduction in the places we visited
I didn't validate the ticket and couldn't find any kiosks. I could have taken public transport for free, as there are no barriers like in other European cities.

Good: Valid on public transport, discount on Spree Botsfahrt. Disappointing: No discount at the museums we visited.

It was just a short trip and introduction to Berlin. The card is easy if you stay longer and want to visit many museums, very easy for public transportation though. The directions to acctivate the card are not clear. There are no vending machines or anything at the public transport stops to acctivate your card and it appears that if you have the PDF letter that you are automatically already activated at the desired date and time.

It was nice not to have to worry about tickets for the metro. However I'm not sure it was worth it for the price. I would recommend if people make a plan to do a lot of discounted things and visit all the museums on museum island. However for me and how much I used it, I'm not sure it was really worth it.
especially "carefree" public transport, but also the Museum Island where, unfortunately, the Pergamon Museum is closed.

The person who answered our questions was kind and took the time to talk to each person, answering all our questions. I appreciate that! I liked that he was nice to us, but also that he was nice to other people.

Why have to print on A4? This is not economic.
DIE MAUER / THE WALL, Checkpoint charlie
They sold me a ticket on a day when all the museums were closed!!!

It was convenient to be able to use public transport and have a free access to some museums, however I would expect better discounts or benefits with a card which should promote the city
We could simply hop on any means of transport and travel. It was very convenient and uncomplicated.

Not all attractions included in the ticket range were in line with reality E.g. admission to the Olympic stadium in Berlin was charged extra even though we did not want a guide There was no discount on admission to the zoo Such things affect the whole So although most of the attractions were ok, the distaste remained

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent ticket purchase. My issue is very simple: Where are my QR codes? The tickets provided by your system clearly lacks the required QR code, rendering it invalid. Upon arriving at the service center at Berlin Airport, I was informed that the ticket provided by your system is invalid because it is missing the QR code. This caused significant delays to my schedule, and I had no choice but to purchase another ticket, which is completely unacceptable. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, all I received was confirmation that my payment was successful. However, this does nothing to address the real issue. If your company cannot provide a valid ticket, why is payment even being accepted? This is highly irresponsible and has caused major inconvenience and financial loss. I demand an immediate explanation for why my ticket lacked a QR code. I also request a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs I incurred.
