Photography, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted during the performance. Photos and videos may be taken for private use only during the final applause.

The main box office for regular ticket sales is open Monday to Saturday from 2pm to 6:30pm; these hours apply only to advance ticket purchases.
On performance days, the evening box office remains open for ticket collection until 7:30pm for evening shows and until 3:30pm for matinees, including on Sundays.
The venue offers wheelchair accessibility, a cloakroom, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a bar and lounge.
The performance lasts approximately two and a half hours, including a 25-minute intermission.
The performance is suitable for guests who do not speak German.
Tickets allow selection of a seating category, but exact seat numbers cannot be chosen in advance.

Seating categories
Category 1: Good seats with clear, unobstructed views of the stage.
Category 2: Mid-range seats with reasonable visibility, usually positioned further from the stage.
Category 3: The most affordable seating, located toward the rear or outer sides of the theatre with limited proximity to the stage.
Category 4: Entry-level seats in the back or outermost sections, offering a more distant view while still part of the full performance experience.
